can't receive the security code for App login APP log in

From app, when I click "Get security code", I never get the code to complete account registration. This is a very known problem after reading the FAQ and Amazon reviews. 


I don't understand why 70mai use NOT working security code to block user using your product. I see most most buyers spent hours to struggle with this.

    Had this same issue 2 days ago, so I tried to circumvent the app by making an account through the website and I got a security code through my email and was able to make this account, but now when trying to login into the app, I get a message that says "You didn't register, please sign up as a user at first." I notice when I go to my profile on the website, my email is not under my profile and the "Email:" is in red. I'm trying to figure out if I can add my email into there and verify it to see if that fixes the problem. Will update if I can figure it out.
