a800s Video Recording/ encoding quality issue


I am using a800s but it seems like the video recording in 4k60fps is not so good, am i the only one who have this kind of problem.

As you can see in the first 2 seconds the video recorded is flickering.

    Hi, there is no 4k60fps. It's just 4k30fps. You can't enable 60fps recording.

    Yes the camera's video is terrible, I would not recommend buying this models based on my experience with the customer service who are refusing to admit that there is an issue with the video quality

    They admit it is due to the software here https://int-bbs.70mai.com.cn/?thread-1062.htm. I hope they will release new firmware to fix this real soon.

    I have the same issue no matter the SD card I use, and some other issues as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=43CZ8fUjXT0

    It happens several times every video no matter if I use the 4K or the 1920x1080, and it gets worse when I start driving the car (which ultimately is what I bought the 4K camera for instead of continuing to use the old 2k + 2x720p setup).

    As I replied you in your thread, mituc, you need to contact the seller for get a new device. And we will release new firmware for optimizing the sensitivity issue.
