【Resolved】How to use the Driving Route menu in 70mai App with A500s Dashcam

I have problem about The Driving Route Function. I was synchronized the route data successfully but the driving route is not work. What can I do to solve this problem?

When I inquire to a dealer in Thailannd. Ireceived an unclear answer. it also has not been able to help me with any problems.

    I am also facing the same problem on my Pro+ A500s, ever since the software is updated.

    I also tried by removing the dashcam from my 70mai App profile, then factory resetting the dashcam and setting it up from the begining. But sadly no success as it shows the same screen that you have shared above

    A humble request to 70mai representative; kindly resolve this issue on priority as many like us are unable to save routes / tracking information of our vehicles any more... for which we bought this product

    Yeah, you can not visit the network while connecting the dash cam. You can re-visit the network after disconnecting the dash cam. The wifi, which was created by the dash cam, does not have network.

    Sync your route, disconnect from the DVR's wifi access point, connect to the internet, view your route. This is an online map. The Internet is required to display the map.
