Auto Power off doesn't work

I have a Dash Cam Pro Plus+ with the hardwire installation kit.

I set the parking mode power off after 5 minutes, but it doesn't work, it continue to record video all the time and each time I leave the car I have to power off the camera and when I came in the car I have to turn the dush cam on.

It make no sense for me, why there is a power off option if it doesn't work?

Please fix it

    I can make sure that:
1.Your 70mai hardwire kit is inaccurately installed.
    2. You can follow the steps below to solve your problem if you don't want to make big change
System Settings--Turn off automatically in parking-Turn off in 5 minutes after stop

    Hi, thanks for your answer,
I already set the dash cam to turn off after 5 minutes stop.
For what is concerning the installation of the hardwire, I used an always on power cable of the OBD. Is it wrong?
    Thank You

I have the same problem with 70mai pro. Hardwired correctly and set to go to parking mode after 20 minutes.  But most of the time it continues recording all night. I think the problem is wih the gps not reporting that the car is stationary, so if any location change from the gps is reported within the 20 minutes, than the dashcam will continue recording. Btw it go to parking mode if car is parked under ground with no gps reception.

You can change another username, haha.
This sounds like the 70mai hardwire kit is damaged, you need to contact the seller for getting a replacement.

You need to replace a new one too, The ACC wire might be damaged.

70mai You need to replace a new one too, The ACC wire might be damaged.

My friend also installed the same in his car; 70nai pro with hardwire, and most of the times the dashcam doesn't go into parking mode, so I think your developers should update and correct this by forcing the dashcam to go into parking mode after the set time (20 minutes) in the case there is a small movement and/or no movement for the gps location.

Did you seen this video before? This might be an installation error if you and your friend both have this problem.
Please check the video below for making sure that you have installed the hardwire kit accurately:

Yes we installed same as the video. And I double checked it, all connected correctly.
As per my understanding, and correct me if I'm wrong, the hardwire kit cut the power if the car battery goes below certain voltage, so the dashcam will have power supply from the car after ACC off, and for a good condition/new car battery  power will not be cut and the dashcam will not go into parking mode if not triggered by the gps motion function. btw when the dashcam is in parking mode and after I start driving, it start recording normally. Please advise on a fix for not going into parking mode asap.

70mai Please check your private message and tell me whether your issue kind like the video I shared you.

Please check the attached screen record with the car is parked and ignition off. You can see the speed is changing from none to zero to 1 to 2 km/h, and the gps number fluctuations. And yes I have a similar situation as in the video you sent. But my dashcam is 70mai pro. If I'm in a parking whith low gps signal reception,  some time it shutdown into parking mode and most of the time stay on always recording. But when/if it go into parking mode and a parking video is triggered, it will stay on always recording and the videos produced show small changes in the speed from no speed to zero to 2 km/h. So I'm sure the gps causing the dashcam to think that the car is moving and it stay on always recording. Your fix must be to let the software neglect small gps location changes and go into parking mode if the speed is less than 2 km/h for example.

Any chance that 70mai pro will get a firmware update to address this issue?
